Sujet: soundswitch and virtual dj
Hi, I cannot get soundswitch to recognise VDJ on my laptop. I'm in contact with soundswitch and they are trying but i wondered if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a resolution? Thanks

I have the same issue and i did try everything i found on the internet ... sadly no luck .... still waiting on solution .... for now i`m using bpm detection on sound output device from the decks(no mikes needed).

Works fine here.

Did you follow the instructions here:

https://support.soundswitch.com/en/support/solutions/articles/69000828946-getting-started-with-virtual-dj

And the video guide here:

Make sure you selected VirtualDJ as the source, and double check SoundSwitch is checking the right place for the library (that location moved for Mac users in a fairly recent version).
Also probably remove checking for other libraries like iTunes, Serato, it just adds to the time to startup.
In your VirtualDJ settings, you probably might want to switch os2l to yes instead of auto (the default) as well.

Note: When you switch to Performance mode, you'll probably see the connection made (VirtualDJ is selected in the top left and you see Connected)
