You can't download from Deezer. If you want offline storage try Tidal.

If you meant load on deck instead of download, I can confirm that Deezer does indeed currently work as it should

As already stated two years ago, you can't download from Deezer. Searching, loading and playing are working fine here in the UK right now.
Search isn't working in Spotify, but loading and playing from lists is OK.
