Hello VirtualDJ Community,
I’ve encountered an issue with VirtualDJ 2018 where I receive a “getmix format failed” error. This happens when I connect my numark controller and cdj 900 , I’ve tried updating drivers, reinstalling the software, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else experienced this error? Any advice on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
