Sujet Mapping...
Im trying to figure out how to map a knob on my controller to the second effect slot slider. Whats the mapping code for this?

Generally speaking it would be effect_slider 2
However, on most cases, it's not as simple as that when it comes to controllers.

If you want to control the Parameter of the 2nd FX slot, then you need ..
effect_slider 2 1 (2nd FX slot , Parameter 1)
effect_slider 2 2 (2nd FX slot , Parameter 2)
effect_slider 3 1 (3rd FX slot , Parameter 1)
effect_slider 3 2 (3rd FX slot , Parameter 2)

btw, which controller and which knob are you trying to change as such ? The functionality may already be there in the default Mapping

I have the Numark Mixtrack Platinum fx. Right now it just has one knob to control both effects on deck 1 and 2 in slot 1 at the same time which is great but I would like to control slot and and 3 the same way. I wish it was a switch to pick which slot i could control with that same knob.
Idk im trying to turn the beat knob beside the effects knob into a slider. The controller doesn't have many knobs on it. Wish it had more knobs.
What does parameter mean?
