Sujet: Licence Error
Hi,

I have a licence for a Numark controller, which I can see in my account online. However, when I now connect the controller it says I need to purchase a pro licence? I've logged out of my account and back in, the client says I have a licence, but it won't allow me to use the controller.

It appears that you use a Numark Platinum FX, but you had purchased a license for Platinum in the past.

Did you actually have a Platinum in the past (license purchased Aug 2020) and now you have a different model (the FX) ?

i have an numark mixtrack pro and i try to instal DJi lite but cant install il help please
 
trying to download my virtual DJ on my new computer it won't let me download I have to be online in order to
get my pro license
