I have songs from beatport. They all are analyzed and in BPM Editor the beatgrid seams correct. But if quantization is on and beat sync is on VDJ is slighty not in phase with the two tracks. Need to bend or push the track with a very small jogwheel move.
Tested in Rekordbox with the same tracks. Everything is fine!

That most likely means the beatgrid of one of your songs is off.
You might want to refer the VirtualDJ User Manual on topics of Sync (a one time BPM match + grid alignment, Beatlock (continuous BPM match + alignment that even follows pitch fader movement) and auto sync on load options.
You also would want to refer to the BPM Editor Manual Page to see how beatgrid correction could be done.

Thank for the information. The tracks are analyzed right. Beatgrid is fine on all the tracks.
Will check the manual again.

Given your grids are correct, Sync isn't an active function in VirtualDJ - if your drop was off, you have to either nudge or hit sync afterward to put it back into alignment and match BPM. Beatlock does that active alignment.
More details of this are in the manual.

Thank you. I know. I'm using quantization ON. That should match the two songs. Or not?

You should probably use the Auto Sync on Play option if you want help with triggering in time
Here is a video on the VDJ auto options that may inspire you

How "small" is the small jogwheel move ? Like 1/8th of a full circle ? More ? Less ?

Quantization by itself does not match songs (in any software for that matter) - it tries to align certain functions (e.g. hotcue trigger) to the nearest fraction of a beat (with beats determined by beatgrid lines), where the fraction is determined by the globalQuantize setting. What is that setting set to? The smaller the fraction (relative to 1), the more likely it is for your drop to be off (more subdividisions of the beat that the quantize operation can align to), as it is converging basically to the quantize off situation.
