I am using a Windows 11 HP computer. I have been having problems with my DDJ RR audio. When I plug in the controller, I am unable to access my files and cannot use the controller at all. I don't know if it is an ASIO or WASP problem. Could someone from support please help me. Thanks

So you re saying that the sound card of the DDJ-RR disappears your Files from the VDJ Browser ?!?
Do you still control Volume faders, Pitch faders and all Midi functions from the controller and it's just a matter of Audio output ?
