Last year we were in a hurry to get VirtualDJ (on a late Friday night), so we made an typing error in our emailaddress while making an account. So we never got our validation mail & couldn't use the account. Since we were in a hurry, we made another account so we could use VirtualDj the next day.
However.. I just noticed we pay for two subscriptions... obviously also for the account with the wrong emailaddress.. How can I correct this? How can I get in contact with a support/financial team?
I cannot find any emailaddress on the website.
Hope someone can help us out!
Edit: whenever I click on - Contact Us - it leads me to the Help Center page, so I don't see how I can contact them..
