phone apps are kids toys and it's been asked before and i'll say the same thing i've told others:
i wouldn't wish that kind of nightmare on the dev's. they already have enough headaches dealing with keeping the software working with two different operating systems with windows and macOS .
 
So not to be mean to OP, as I understand the portability/usefullness aspect (and it's the cool thing to do right now), but here's an example of people realizing what kind of problems arise with this - a user reporting a call stopping the app's playback:

I still think the mobile device idea isn't the right solution to the portability problem (other than portability, it keeps all of the same problems of a traditional computer and adds others as seen above)...standalone systems (with better processing power) are.

Not to say the devs shouldn't look into the request (many people have made this request before OP and it could be a useful tool addition to the toolbox), but imo, there are better ways to go about solving the problem.
