Found them!
If anyone needs to know, they are located here on Windows
\AppData\Local\VirtualDJ\Plugins64\Visualisations
They are called a ".vdjshader"
They can be copied to a new machine with a simple copy/paste.
If you only want to copy one, you can open the "shaderslist" file in a text editor and look for the name of the shader:
<shader filename="s_3HDD" prettyname="HONEYCOMB123DJ" performance="0.537978" />
In this example, the VDJ Shader is "HONEYCOMB123DJ" But the file name is really "s_3HDD.vdjshader"
Hope this helps anyone looking to move newly created VDJ Shaders around.
