if you want to try changing DNS servers
Windows 11 / 10
Open Control Panel and navigate to Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
Right-click your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and select Properties.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
Choose Use the following DNS server addresses and enter 8.8.8.8 as the Preferred DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Alternate DNS.
Click OK to save and apply.
macOS
Open System Settings (or System Preferences) > Network.
Click on your active network connection and select Details.
Go to the DNS tab.Use the (+) button to add 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Click OK and Apply.
