ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Denon Prime 4+ in Verbindung mit VirtualDJ und hoffe, dass jemand eine Lösung kennt.
Der Controller wird von VirtualDJ problemlos erkannt und funktioniert grundsätzlich. Allerdings gibt es ein seltsames Problem:
* Egal welchen Fader ich bewege (Pitchfader, Kanalfader oder Crossfader) – auf dem Bildschirm werden immer nur etwa 50 % des Regelwegs angezeigt.
* Zusätzlich sind alle Fader, Regler und der Crossfader in VirtualDJ optisch bzw. von ihrer Position her um etwa 45° nach links versetzt.
* Das Problem betrifft wirklich alle Bedienelemente.
Folgendes habe ich bereits ausprobiert:
* VirtualDJ komplett neu installiert.
* Die aktuelle Version von VirtualDJ verwendet.
* Den Controller sowohl an einem MacBook als auch an einem Windows-PC getestet.
* Das Problem tritt auf beiden Rechnern identisch auf.
Da der Fehler auf unterschiedlichen Computern und nach einer Neuinstallation weiterhin besteht, vermute ich entweder ein Problem mit dem Mapping oder einen Bug in der Unterstützung der Prime 4+.
Hat jemand das gleiche Problem oder kennt eine Lösung?

The controller is detected correctly by VirtualDJ and connects without any problems. However, all faders and knobs behave incorrectly:
* No matter which control I move (channel faders, pitch faders, crossfader, or knobs), VirtualDJ only shows about 50% of the movement on the screen.
* In addition, all faders, knobs, and the crossfader appear to be offset by about 45 degrees to the left in the software.
* The issue affects every control on the controller.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
* Completely reinstalled the latest version of VirtualDJ.
* Tested the Prime 4+ on both a MacBook and a Windows PC.
* The problem is exactly the same on both computers.
* I also tried different USB cables, but the issue remains.
Since the problem occurs on multiple computers with a fresh installation of VirtualDJ, I suspect either a mapping issue or a bug in the Prime 4+ support.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a solution?
