I have a HYBRID DJ HMC2 controller that is only compatible with VDJ8, havent used it in awhile. I forgot my log in password, I try to reset it, following reset password link process. no luck, still cant get passed the log in window on VDJ8. I tried multiple times, nothing is fixed, out of frustration i delete my account. re-create it with the same email and name - now i can't use my controller because it says its registered to someone else. Please help me, i am losing my mind here.
