I have the following config
2 xdj 1000mk2 + DDJ-XP2 + djm900 nexus.
Can I use the above setup linking the two xdj and the mixer via ethernet and the mixer + DDJ-XP2 via USB?
I already and successfully tested 2 CDJ2000NXS2 + DDJ-XP2 + DJM900 NXS2.
Looking at the specs both XDJ and DJM900 has ethernet cable and USB ports.
Just to be sure.

No.
While your XDJ's have Ethernet ports, they don't have the so called "HID via LINK" protocol
Same goes for DJM-900NXS
The HID via LINK feature/protocol was launched with CDJ-2000NXS2 and DJM-900NXS2
Any older models DO NOT support this.

Yes, of course connecting all of them via USB will work!
After all, they are all supported devices!
