I just downloaded and installed VirtualDJ today, so everything is still running on the default settings. I've previously been using djay Pro, which has an excellent Automix feature.
Almost immediately after trying Automix in VirtualDJ, I encountered a strange bug that completely broke the feature. The tempo suddenly jumped to over ~1000 BPM, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to reset or return to normal. The only solution was to close VirtualDJ completely and restart it.
Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again shortly after restarting the software. This doesn't exactly inspire confidence in its reliability, especially considering that I'm using a completely fresh installation with default settings.
Another issue I've noticed is that the synchronized tempo sometimes fails to reset properly. For example, the tempo adjustment might remain at +4% throughout the entire track instead of returning to its original value.
Coming from djay Pro, where Automix has worked extremely well for me, I'm honestly quite surprised by these issues in VirtualDJ.

And apparently, sometimes the feature just doesnt work at all.
For example, right now, the deck on the right has its tempo adjusted to -7.9%. However, as soon as Automix starts transitioning to that deck, the tempo suddenly resets to 0%, making the transition sound absolutely horrible. Instead of maintaining the synchronized tempo for a smooth transition, it completely ruins the mix.
