Maybe I can. First of all you need to know some C(++) and something about DSP. Take a look at http://users.iafrica.com/k/ku/kurient/dsp/ for the dsp and at http://www.atomixmp3.com/support/developers/developers.html for the effects SDK. If you have questions, you can mail me at dj_ikke@hotmail.com

thank you, but i think i have 0 experience with C++! my hope was that there is a easyer way to make effects, but that is perhaps the way with c++ what is the best way... thx a lot!

You can only write effects with C++, no other method.
