Sujet: Please help!! cant purchase

I tried to purchase atomix, but got this message:
We are sorry but due to fraud activities we have had to place a stop on selling to people using your dial up server.

First of all i have cable, and i am depperate caus I live in Costa Rica and this is the only way I can purchase it (trough credit card on the net)
