Sujet Need to make the screen smaller

The skin that I am using is way to big for my video card to handle. The problem is that the skin is maximized and I cannot make it smaller to change the skin. How do I make the skin smaller so I can click on the change skin link on the program? Help, I just bought this thing and now I cannot use it.
