Sujet: Download troubleshooting

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

everytime i try downloading my full version of atomixmp3 which i just purchased it keeps telling me that i ran out of downloading try that i have to contact my sellers person and it also erase how can i download it again.

I Purchased the full version online and they send me the email of the serial number and everything but it erase wat can i do
 
Ok guys here it is again... I have the SAME problem my computer crashed and I'm trying to look for a way to download the program again. I went to the Download page and the only way that i see to get the full version again is to pay for it, I already did I have the serial number and everything. I dont need the update, yet, I need the full version first which I am having difficulties finding. I contacted The staff and they told me i could find it here in the forums? Did he mean the answer or the program? Please can some one be more specific about where i can find it. Thanks in adavance
 
 
I just purchased a mixdeck and downloaded virtualdj on a mac book pro snow leopard, but when i plug it in it won't work.

I went to the program and changed the settings to USB and still it won't work. If I plug it in to the earphone jack i will work, so I know the mixdeck functions. I don't know if I doing something wrong. Any suggestions? Thank you.
