Sujet Keeping Track of MP3 Files (and BPMs)

Does anyone use an external program for keeping track of their MP3 files, especially to keep BPM records? I'd like to keep track of the song's BPMs so that I never have to sit at my computer and tap my brains out for each and every song again. Thanks.
