I suppose you are running latest 3.11 version, so:

close VDJ (if running)
click "start"
click "run"
regedit
find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREVirtualDJ

change VideoNoLogo from 0 to 1

exit regedit
start vdj
 
If you have doubts in edit your Windows Register, I make a file that you could double-click and make the change for you. It's in my blog Tutorials "Changes in Windows Register".
