On VDJ at the top under the automix it has the sound bar which you can use to match beat correct ?? Im new to this stuff! Anyway how on earth do you slow it down my eyes wont keep up ?

On the other hand, if your eyes can't follow the waveform on the screen, it means you have zoomed in too much so try too zoom out and you will see the waveform will scroll not so fast anymore.
