Say i got a mixer and two turntables then i connect it to my comp do i need another program also or just VDJ?

depends on what you want...
If you want to use timecoded vinyl to CONTROL Virtual DJ, so that you have a spesial vinyl that tells the software exactly what you are doing, you would need an ASIO soundcard for this...
but if you only want to connect your turntables to your mixer, the best would be to get a 4 channel mixer. 2 channels for turntable, and 2 channels for virtual dj (one for each deck).
Or a 2 channel mixer where you can switch from line-in to phono (most mixers can)
A good solution would be to check out the new Hercules MK2 console, with included asio soundcard, and also a nice bypass feature for playing real vinyl (would only need a 2 channel mixer in this setup)
