Hi!

I have a big Problem with the Hercules DJ Console MK2. All Updates are done. The Crossfader doesn't work fine. If I turn it to the left side, Virtual DJ looks like this (look at the Crossfader)

Mid Position:

As you can see, if I put the Crossfader on the DJ Console to the left side, VirtualDJ only put it a litte bit over the middle ... and so on. Can you help me? Can anybody help me. I didn't find something in the forum. Sorry for my bad english.

Hi Zyphlix,

Unfortunately it looks to me like you have a defective unit where the crossfader is not calibrated right. I think you should bring it back quick for an exchange to the place where you bought it, or contact Hercules support.

update the hercules drivers

It might fix your device.
