Sujet White lines across the tv in video mode

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

When I am using the dual monitor on my graphics card, white lines appear across the screen. These disappear when I uncheck the 'hardware acceleration' box, but the video is glitchy.

I am using a Sempron 3000+ cpu, 1Gb RAM and 128Mb pci graphic card,
(not pci-express).

The reason for the graphic card is I can not seem to get S-Video to work in colour on the system I have to plug in to, so I have had to find a card with composite TV Out.

Any ideas ??

Hi,
I am using the 20 day trial edition at the moment. I can't see the point of purchasing the full version if I can't get it to work.

skybluekid,

Welcome as a Professional User!. You will find some handy info in the forums that is only visible for registered Pro users.

PCI card isn't a good idea, is slower than AGP and of course of PCI-Express. That's the main problem you have. If you want a composite Video output you can get it with and S-Video to Composite Video Adapter (which cames in almost all recommended video cards (N-Vidia 6600GT 128MB DDR3 or better)).

Hope that helps,
and Welcome!
