Sujet: Help with and skipping/clipping

I am having a problem with skipping when I use Windows media player to load a song while a song is playing.

Example:The playlist has 10 songs, I load a song from my DVD/CD drive and when the loads into the right side, I get clipping/skipping.

I tried another way and tried copying the song from the CD "on the fly" with windows media player and when it starts to burn the song I get the same clipping in my virtual DJ.

I have a laptop with a 1.6 Gb processor and 512 Mb RAM.

Are their any adjustments I can make to stop this?

This is a concern because if I get a request of a song I don't have, I can load it up in my computer and play away.

What ver do you have and is it registered? Did you know you can load and play a cd using VDJ?
 
It is my friends and it is registered, but I think it is 3.2

I tried the virtual DJ loading of the CD and it still clips.
 
So the registered user, let you have a copy? Why not do what he did, to get it to work on his machine? Also 3.4 is available to registered users.

I have his laptop? he needed help with it.

Are you saying if he gets 3.4 that will fix the problem?
 
In config try increasing the sound-card latency [turn off auto and set to 128ms] and check box the safe mode option.
