i have the dj controll mp3 i have reinstalled all the drivers but have misplaced the serial number which came inside the box when purchased how do i retrieve this.
i emailed hercules and they gave me some quotes

Unfortunally you never registered your dj control on the website here, so we don't know your serial number either.

You will have to contact Hercules Support, they might be able to give you your serial number corresponding to you DJ Control MP3 production number.
