A friend is selling me a Toshiba Satelite M30X-SP111 it is a Intel Celeron M 1.53 Ghz. 1,280 mb Mem Ram is this laptop going to work well with VDJ ? Music and Videos ?

Ram is ok but I think that Celeron will be good for audio only.

I had something similar with 768 MB ram
the upgraded celeron M to full pentium M,
but Even celeron M is enough for audio

Celeron is not for DJ and Audio Systems its warning by alcatech bpm studio too.they crashed all with celeron

This is the VDJ question, not a Alcatech! I have a ordinary Celeron on 2.8Ghz (not mobile one) with 512Mb ram (Gericom Hummer) and it works just fine! I think that it will do good and video part, but I didn't tried it yet. Mobile Celeron's are weaker than mine. Oh, and I didn't had any crash by now!
