It is midi compatible. So answer is YES.

The DJM-800 is Midi compatible, but this is a mixer. The CD Deck, the CDJ-800 isn't Midi compatible although you can still control Virtual DJ using TCCD.

Hi! I buy Pionner DJM-800 just yestarday. I connected mixer to Notebook (NB) thru MIDI interface on audio card and all is working perfect. Are you use mixer as transport control? If yes, please, say how you mapped keys on mixer. I mean - for ex. "key CUE is a PLAY/PAUSE" and etc.

I have been trying to get this one answered too......I want a mixer liike the DJM800, so that when i move the DJM800 fader the Virtual DJ fader on screen will also move to do the cool video affects when mixing video...................so does anyone have the official answer to this??? Or does anyone do this with a DJM800 already and how(what sound card do YOU have)???? And for some reaso this is not possible what DJ mixer like a DJM800 will do this...........(allen heath) maybe the ( nue 4)

I had it actually just for a few days. It wasn't mine. I ust tryed a few buttons, didn't try to map them, sorry.
