hello,
I've got a problem with starting up my virtual dj. I've installed Virtual DJ (DJConsole) and everything was fine, but afterwards I had a bug and I did systemrepair. Because I did this I must installed virtual dj again. The problem is when I start virtual dj, he ask me for downloading the new version(virtualdj 3.3) and when I click yes he give error 4. And he said that:
You have already downloaded the latest patch update_virtualdj_djc_v3.4.exe.
You don't need to download anything else now.
I ask on the site and he gives me:
I have a protection error when I launch the software.
Please write to us including your serial number, the exact error message, and how it happened.
What must I do?

oke but first I did this and I send a email to service@virtualdj.com but they send me a mail back and they gived me this site or contact virtual dj but I always get te same email.:S
I don't know what I must do further. (I'm sorry for the bad english)
