I know I've read this somewhere in the forum before, but maybe someone can point me to the right direcctions.
I know there is a skin or plug in that has a multi sampler screen ( about 24 samplers in the screen )
Can someone tell me where can I get it ?

I don't think this exists yet. Maybe you could find a VST for that.
But there is a plugin that enables sample banks managing. You create a sample bank and you can load the bank to all 12 slots.
Then choose another bank and load 12 other samples.
