I managed to download the new version of the software - but, when I tried to set it up to run the visuals through my projector and the skins on the laptop, it said I needed to do what I have already done, i.e. upgrade to the Professional User version. Also, when I re-loaded it, I tried to enter the serial number that was sennt in the email - only to be told "Invalid serial number".
I downloaded the software to my memory stick - I have no direct Internet connection at home, so I have to use the library - I put the new software upgrade in there - it said it had successfully upgraded - but when I tried to set it up, it wouldn't let me do that thing with the projector detailed above.
There may be something I have (or haven't) done - can somebody please help? I paid a lot of money to upgrade to Professional User - but I can't get the equipment to register the fact that I have done so.
