i have got a problem. When i put my hercules dj console mk2 to use with virtual dj it dosen't work, all the lights just stay on and even when i tap on play button it dosen't do anying. But when i use the mouse it works properly. Some times it works with the hercules but it stops working. please help

Do you have installed Hercules drivers?

think your firmware/driver update might have failed
Try reinstalling it... and follow the on screen manual

If you have the same hercules you must introduce your serial number in your profile
