Sujet: How are echos created?

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Been using VDJ and would like to know how to make echos.
Like when some one is talking and then I can make him sound with echo.
I have boxing voice clips and was going to add them to a beat and would like to add some kool speech effects to the song I am making.

echo is the sample repeated with delay and feedback while fading out.....get a simple editor like ce and add echo to your file then stick it in ya mix...

I might be way off here but does ce stand for cool edit software?

Cool Edit became Adobe Audition a long time ago and as with most Adobe products it is not freeware. Instead you may wish to use Audacity a freeware wav editor.

you'd be better off using a vst delay plugin. i'd recommend the ohmboyz one, but it's expensive. there's a free one called tape delay that's very good too. search for it on www.kvr-vst.com.
