hi i am an iranian user and i dont know what can i do to download plugins
plz help me

For most of them, you have to buy the Full version, and register your serial number in your user profile, here on this website, or register as Home User.
 
TwxZk is right u have to buy one of the versions to be able to get any updates, that's just one of the advantages to being a licensed user beside free updates
 
Once you have bought the legal version, you can go to the download page and access the plugins, skins and suchlike there. If, like me, you have to use public access services (local library, Internet café and so on), arm yourself with a memory stick - floppies are too small and they won't let you put it on the hard drive.
