I downloaded v3.4, played with it for a hour or so, and when I opened the program today (one day after downloading the trial), it said 0 days left and would not let me go through the tutorial. It said 20 day trial period....what's up with that?

That happens if you had the trial or another version installed before. Sorry but theres no way around it, you can try contacting E-Service but I'm certain they'll agree.
