if I modify the audio of the channel that is in preview, such change doesn't feel him in headphone; for example, if I kill the low frequencies from the channel 2 (channel in preview), in headphone the audio feels him with the low frequencies

I have solved the problem of Sischo, he had setted only one channel output and not the Headphone.
For any MK2 user this is the correct audio setup:
Input: None
Output: Headphone
Sound Card: MK2 draw

cioce I have well setted my card audio 5.1 putting as output "headphones"
