I would say it's illegal. One major computer game shop in the UK stopped accepting returned PC games because apparently the end user licence means it's illegal for anyone to sell the software, or even for anyone else to load the software onto a different machine.

Wow the guys already saying that he can leave the music on it, that's a big no-no to answer about the software, no it wouldn't be legal to sell his copy of VDJ becuase obviously he will still get his free updates (if he has a real copy) thats along with all the other programs that are on it

I forgot to mention that I replied to this post saying that the selling of the software was illegal

Thats cool , but next time I think it will be better to let staff handle it, there the only ones that can even do anything about it. But it was still good looking
