Ok - this may be very amatuer, but I cannot get the stutter off my virtual dj - can someone quickly tell me how?

What exactly you wanna do? You can make a shortcut for "Play" (and no stutter) or you can use another skin like 3.4 default for old Play behavior.

Its play&stutter... Like Numark hardware cd players.
(that is in the new default skin)
You can change that if you dont like it, by using different skin, or changing the XML code for the new default skin.
But just try it;) It plays when you press it. And if you press it while playing, it "stutters" back to where you started your song from. Intentionally

when i try to assign the play_stutter using the current mapper for the mk2 contrller it does not work like it suppose to. it still ask as a play pause which is not what i want. please help me with this problem
