hi there, i bought a hercules dj console mk2 about a month ago and it was working fine.i had to recover my computer because it was slow, so i had to reinstall the virtual dj software and the mk2 drivers.when i want to open virtual dj now it keeps asking do i want to upgrade to version 3.3 and when i click yes it goes to a page on this site saying that i have already downloaded it, this happens every time. and also when i use virtual dj, the visual beat synchroniser is jumpy and not smooth which causes the beats in the song to sound jumpy.this gets exaggerated when i speed up the pitch or when i try to mix songs together. i was wondering if there was anything i could do to help both the upgrade notice every time i open vdj and the visual beat sync? many thanks, gary

In settings disable "Auto update" option and it will not ask for update during startup.
About update contact e-service and ask for the update again and this time burn it on a cd for future use.
