Sujet: Problem with 3.4 plugins

Hi igot some problems with the plugin for headphones,
i want to download it then he says sorry, your level is not high enough.

okay< i just upgraded to 3.4 then he still says that my level is not high enough what does this mean and what can i do?

please help me!
