i just purchase virtualdj on 9-22-06 and now the crossfader is bleeding is there a service place i can take it to get it fixed i live in ft.lauderdale fla

try changing the fade lenght on the settings page
try reinstalling
and reinstall drivers
if this fails contact hercules
they will replace it underwarenty
