I have been working at 20-30-40-50-60 years party ,weddings, companypartys etc..,have done them all but now I got a request to work on a divorce party , I worked at the wedding for them and it was really really nice party. Now In February all the papers are done and the want to invite all there friends so that everyone should that they are still friend but not living together - if anyone has some tips of music that I can - play please let me know……

Just make it a party! Make sure you ask them (if you don't remember) what their first dance song was and stay away from that track. But my thing would be to approach it as just a BIG Party and stick to the Company party type stuff.

Just a suggestion but DO NOT play "D-I-V-O-R-C-E by Tammy Wynette". If they're throwing a party they, probably do not want to hear some crying hillbilly woman crying that she lost her husband.
