I know there was a plugin for 3.2 to store events in an MP3, but I never saw it available for 4.x.
I have 12 fixtures that I control with a cheap eliminator DMX DJ controller. It's okay, but I'm ready to move to the next phase.
I played with several different DMX software apps. Lightfactory looks pretty good. But none of them seem to have the ability to synchronize a saved set of dmx commands with an MP3. I'd like to avoid clicking on both the song and the lighting software with two mice - on two PCs at the same time - too hokie.. It looks like I may even have to stray from VDJ to do this. I prefer not to, but if there's no other way....
Anyone seen or heard about doing this?

with virtual dj dmx control with the susie box
you can use keyboard shortcuts if that helps

I'm just getting into lighting and looking to trigger a seperate light show for each vob video song on VDJ - can any pc lighting controller do this - given that I change the order of play around a bit
