Hi. I have a G2P Asus laptop. Today something strange happened: the laptop's speakers were not making any sound. I have plugged in my headphones and than I could hear the music from the speakers and headphones. When I unplugg the jack the sound disapears and I see the message "a jack has been plugged in". When I plugg in the jack the sound appears and I see the message "a jack has been unplugged".
When laptop starts I hear the POST sound in speakers (with or without headphones plugged in). If I close Realtek HD audio manager I don't see any more plugged-unplugged message but the music is playing to both outputs (speakers and headphones) no matter what I do (plugg or unplugg the jack). What do you think is the cause? Something soft or hard? Thanks.

Already done that. I'm starting to believe it's a hardware problem.
