Sujet: Support time frame?

Whats the usual turn around time to hear from the support group for VDJ. I'm having issue's with my effects. I unistalled and then installed vdj, but I have the same issue. I highlight the effect I want to use, and the box where the effect is suppose to show up is blank. Anyone else have this problem?

the support group??? well.....the more addicted you are to the software , the more you use it and sometimes neglect other things.........

the first step is to admit to yourself that it happens and you like it............

i'm not sure if i understand cuz, i just highlight "16 band equalizer" for example then click activate (2x), then click load curve .....then i stand there bein' all happy......
 
well say for example if I highlight an effect, it will not give me the ability to activate. When I had the trial version it worked fine, now I cant do anything.
 
is this for a video effect ? r u getting error in video driver?
 
Are you sure the effect is installed? The effect is in the folder, but it has not been unzipped. Is this every effect?
 
It's every sound effect. I havent messed with the video portion. I check the effects folder under program files, all effects are unziped.
 
i think he's saying the default efx won't activate (as opposed to the free downloads).....look in
C:program files/Virtual dj/plugins/sound effects....see if they are there ,if not you might need to reinstall again.....

when you install do you turn off the screensaver and the antivirus?
