Where did timecode bypass go? i can find timecode active, but no bypass? i really needed this feature.

The bypass didnt work all that great, besides you can just split your signals yourself with some rca Y-adapters to get the same result with your mixer.

bypass worked fine for me, and id rather use bypass then buy some y splitters
