everything was going fine then all of a sudden my left player will only go in reverse when I use my Pioneer cdj 1000mk2. When tempo control is off it disables my cdj 1000, but I am able to manually play the song from the PC? the right player works fine. I checked all the settings

It's because your left/right channels are backwards going from your deck to sound card.
This can be fixed in the TC Config - Invert Stereo. Check it for the left deck.
OR, the obvious, just swap the leads on the back of the deck.
