dont know if i will be any help for your countrys music style but at there age group it may be best to get in touch with the couple themselves and ask them to give you some sort of guidance list for the music that they and their guests would like to hear, makes you also look that you care about their special night you could also enlist the help from older members of your family, i would make sure you got a bit of the old big band music ie:- glen miller and the like, chapel of love etc,bit of elvis and the rest of the rockin' roll crew,from there hits of the sixties & seventies, sorry could'nt be more help but as i'm from the uk i've found a lot of musical differences with the older generations across the water...
