When are they going to fix the bug? Intermittently, the virtual record on the right side will spin by itself. I close the program and restart the computer and it still spins like crazy. I switch computers, and it will work fine for a few days and then all of a sudden, the song will just start skipping again. Every one of my pcs has 2.66 gigs, 1 gig memory.

This maybe has to do with the DJConsole's jogs... They are known to be over-sensitive (this is an old problem though). Try disabling the DJConsole when that happens, and tell us if it still happens then.

also... go to Hercules.com and get the latest firmware AND driver... install the firmware FIRST, read the instructions at the Hercules site.
This will almost always fix the issues that has been known to happen with Hercules, like "over sensitive" jogwheels etc

If the firmware doesn't work you need to contact Hercules for returning your product.
